I was sponsored a few days ago using a paper agreement, I still haven't received my distributor code and password by standard mail. Can I obtain my credentials?
If you specified your email address on the paper agreement, you can use the
password recovery procedure. However, this will only work if we have already entered your agreement in our system.
If you did not supply your email address on the paper agreement, you will need to wait for the welcome letter sent by standard mail.
